October is here and there are signs of autumn everywhere. With colours changing, we see new delights around the garden at Upton House.
The Bog Garden is a true delight in autumn – with trees smelling of burnt toffee first thing on a cold morning, and golden colours spread throughout the garden.
Here are some of our highlights!
The aster border blooms throughout September and is still blooming now. The autumn colours make the border a true delight on an October morning.
Chrysanthemums and dahlias are flowering into October adding colour to the garden and the South Terrace.
The shop is well stocked with new autumn ranges of rugs, scarves and walking goods.
The restaurant provides us with lots of warmth with fresh roasts on Sundays and warming soups throughout the week.
Upton most definitely has a warm glow during the autumn months.
